Bombardier Deal Back on the Shelf

Surprise! Thunder Bay has been stymied yet again!
The City was expecting to receive the go-ahead Friday for the construction of streetcars at its Bombardier plant.
Both levels of Government did make an announcement, almost $1-billion for a new light rail transit line in Toronto.
But, Premier McGuinty hinted the province is working on the streetcar money.
