A Canadian Forces’ convoy is on its way to Northern Ontario with a
special cargo, 100,000 used books.
The books will be delivered to aboriginal communities, thanks in
large part, to Lieutenant-Governor James Bartleman.
He has been a force behind a program to increase literacy in the
Northern communities.
Regional OPP collected 13,000 books.
