Booze Seized from Plane

Nishnawbe-Aski Police are investigating after a large amount of booze was seized from a plane destined for the remote First Nation community of Kashechewan.
Police received a confidential tip last Thursday and notified Band Council.
Officials found between $11,000 and $16,000 worth of vodka and whiskey.
Charges have yet to be laid and the liquor was handed over to Police.
