A major bust for Nishnawbe-Aski First Nation Police.
Officers found a large amount of booze stashed away in several hockey bags in the remote community of Kashechewan.
Police say 333-bottles of various types of alcohol were seized, with a street value of over 16-thousand dollars.
Police say charges are pending.
Sergeant Jackie George says the alcohol was seized while police were responding to another call.
Kashechewan is a dry community.
