The federal budget appears to have something for everyone – at least according to Thunder Bay-Rainy River MP Ken Boshcoff.
Even Boshcoff was surprised at all the goodies in the budget especially things that will benefit Northern Ontario.

base funding for Fednor will increase from 20 million to 50 million dollars a year, enhancements to the east-west hydro corridor, support for aboriginal communities and funding will be earmarked for the Northern Ontario School of Medicine.
