A 52 year-old Brampton man has been charged with careless driving for almost causing a serious collision on Highway 17 near Kenora.
Last Thursday, Provincial Police received video footage of a near head on crash.
Dash cam video shows a westbound transport crossing over the centre line into the eastbound lane.
The driver of a pick-up truck acted quickly and swerved to avoid the collision.
