A 24-year-old Thunder Bay man is in custody following the theft of a vehicle in Dryden.
Provincial Police received a call from Dryden Police Tuesday about a stolen pick-up truck possibly heading eastbound.
OPP spotted the vehicle on Highway 17 in the Ignace area but the driver refused to stop for police.
Eventually a spike belt was used to stop the truck and the accused was arrested.
OPP say John Tapak faces a total of five charges.
