For a second straight week, a member of the Thunder Bay North Stars has been named SIJHL Player of the Week.
Goalie Brock Aiken has received the honour after posting two victories on the road last week.
Aiken began by making 28-saves as Thunder Bay posted the first shutout of the young season with a win over Thief River Falls.
The 20-year-old followed with a 29-save performance with a victory over Fort Frances.
In his first three starts, Aiken has sported a 2-0-1 record, a 2.61 goals-against average and a .915 save percentage.
Dryden GM forward Eric Stout and Michael Di Lullo of the Red Lake Miners also received consideration.
Keighan Gerrie was the Week #1 recipient.
