Bruce Montague’s constitutional challenge of the Federal Firearms Act
is not picking up any momentum.
Today is Day 2 of the Dryden man’s court case in Kenora Superior Court.
The Crown and Defence are still arguing over whether expert witnesses
will be allowed to testify or not.
The Defence has 2-expert witnesses however the judge in the case has
not made a ruling.
Montague faces 53-charges for failing to register his firearms.
4-days of testimony have been set aside, however it appears the case
will drag on for some time yet.
