Crawford says he has extensive business experience and his goal is to run the City as a business.
He says he wants to become more involved in the municipality.
Crawford believes workers moral is low right now and he wants to establish a more positive environment in the community.
He stresses the City needs a code of conduct policy as well as a solid 5-year plan.
Crawford notes City departments are out there on their own and there’s no real direction right now.
