Dryden City Council will meet Monday in another attempt to approve the 2013 municipal budget.
Budget debate has gone on for months now but it appears a compromise has been reached.
Council is looking right now at a 5-7% tax increase.
Sid Wintle has already stated he will vote against the fiscal document, noting his demands for a maximum 3-percent increase have gone unheard.
