Budget Meetings in Sioux Lookout

Public meetings have been scheduled for May 19th and 26th to discuss the Sioux Lookout Municipal Budget.
Reacting to a newspaper report, Treasurer Henry Wall says taxpayers will not be facing a 9.1% tax hike this year.
Staff have been directed to reexamine the budget and Sioux Lookout residents are being asked to provide input.
Officials hope to have the budget approved on May 26th.
