Building Bridges Hits Dryden

Dryden will come together tonight at the ‘Building Bridges’ event.
The performance is aimed at raising awareness and money for cross-cultural sensitivity training in the community.
Mardi Plomp is with the Dryden Area Anti-Racism Network and she says they want to promote cultural diversity in our area and engage in educational opportunities.
Red Lake’s Shy-Anne Hovorka is an award winning singer and songwriter and she’s the feature performer.
Hovorka says she’s hoping to inspire others to follow in her footsteps.
Film Maker Michelle Derosier of Thunderstone Pictures is also taking part.
The event starts at 7 o’clock at the Dryden Centre.
