The extreme cold has resulted in the cancellation of school buses across our listening area.
Buses will not be running in Dryden, Vermilion Bay, Sioux Lookout, Ignace, Red Lake and Ear Falls.
The temperature hovered around minus 37 at one point this morning.
The high is expected to be around minus 24 today. (Friday)
