It remains to be seen whether the sentencing hearing for Brayden Bushby will go ahead on February 9th.
Officials confirm they’ll meet later this month to discuss plans around a province-wide stay at home order, which continues until February 10th.
The hearing is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday February 9th.
The 22 year old was found guilty of manslaughter in the 2017 death of 34 year old Barbara Kentner.
