Busy Time for Dryden Fire

It was a hectic afternoon for the Dryden Fire Service Wednesday.
Emergency crews received simultaneous calls to a Van Horne Avenue
Apartment and a report of a tree down and burning on Dickson Road.
Officials say the downed tree cut power to several Sandy Beach homes
and Hydro One was called to the scene to repair the burnt lines.
The Apartment building experienced a power fluctuation which
activated the fire alarm and no problems were reported.
