Numbers compiled by the Dryden Employment Centre suggest more people are looking for work this summer.
They have filled 45 job vacancies and helped over 75 people the past 3 months.
Summer Employment Officer Ley Pilkey says Tourist Lodges and the Retail sector have garnered the most interest this Summer.
Pilkey says last year 50 vacancies were filled and they hope to fill 60 positions by mid-August.
