Busy Weekend at Dryden Arena

A great weekend of hockey at the Memorial Arena for the Annual Dryden ‘AA’ Minor Hockey Tournament.
In the Atom Final, the Dryden Best Western Paper Kings erased an early 2-0 lead, to tie the game at 2, before eventually losing to the Westfort Rangers 5-2.
In a back-and-forth battle, the Dryden Source for Sports Paper Kings dropped a 6-4 decision to the Kenora Thistles in the PeeWee Championship.
The Dryden Holiday Inn Paper Kings and Fort Frances Taggs met in the Bantam ‘B’ Side Final, with the Paper Kings winning 7-4.
The ‘A’ Side title went to the Notre Dame Hounds, following a thrilling 6-5 shootout win against the Morden Hawks.
