Busy Weekend for MNR

Firefighters are on high alert across the Region after a hot and dry
weekend.
19-new fires were reported over the weekend due to the extreme heat,
little rain and over 26,000 lightning strikes.
The Ministry of Natural Resources was able to contain all of the
blazes thanks to an aggressive air and ground attack.
The fire hazard is at high across Northwestern Ontario.
