C.D. Howe Recommending Booze Changes

The report from C.D. Howe Institute says opening it up to competition would lead to increased revenue for the government, lower prices for consumers and more convenience.
It recommends the government allow the sale of beer and wine in grocery and convenience stores and other private retailers.
