Calendar Girls Donate $20,000 To Dryden Hospital

Dryden, the town that keeps on giving.
Theatre 17’s Calendar girls presented a cheque for $20,000 to Dryden Regional Health Centre.
Fundraising Coordinator at DRHC Chuck Schmidt says the hospital is overwhelmed with happiness.
Schmidt says the money will go towards refurbishing palliative care rooms, purchasing equipment for cancer treatment and making the oncology room more comfortable.
He adds that next for fundraising is keeping an eye on the hospitals capital needs and seeing when equipment reaches the end of its functional life-span.
