Call Made For Affordable Child Care

There is a call for the provincial government to address child care costs in northwestern Ontario.
Today is “Child Care Worker and Early Childhood Educator Appreciation Day”.
Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care Coordinator Andrea Calver says they are asking for more affordable child care in the north.
Calver says child care workers also need to be paid more.
Ignace, Sioux Lookout, Ear Falls and Red Lake are endorsing this special day.
