The opposition at Queen’s Park is renewing its calls for the government to reverse a decision to sell-off shares in Hydro One.
Leaked government polls show that the Wynne government knew more than two years ago that about half of Ontarians were opposed to the sell-off.
PC leader Patrick Brown says this shows even Liberals MPP’s are concerned about the province’s direction.
He says it’s time for a commitment to end the fire sale of Hydro One.
Premier Kathleen Wynne says they don’t rely on just public opinion polls to make decisions, but weigh all sorts of information and expert advice.
