Campaign 2003 Thunder Bay-Atikokan Riding

The Provincial Election is 2 weeks today and the candidates in Thunder Bay-Atikokan are feeling good.
The 3 will debate the issues concerning voters in Atikokan tonight.
The NDP’s John Rafferty says there’s a sense of optimism in his campaign office that hasn’t been felt in years.
Rafferty will be focusing on the economic situation in Atikokan as well as addressing forestry and transportation issues.
Bill Mauro says the Liberal Party is committed in helping the Town of Atikokan move forward amid tough economic times.
Mauro will also focus on health care and transportation issues.
Tory Brian McKinnon is concentrating on party policies rather than fighting with the opposition.
McKinnon says he has been hitting the pavement listening to voter concerns which includes improving Highway 17 and providing tax cuts.
The forum begins at 7 o’clock at the Atikokan Moose Hall.
