Camp owners are taking a bit of hit this Summer because some tourists
are not willing to spend a small amount of money.
Patricia Area Community Endeavours Spokesperson Doug Pronger says they
have fielded several complaints from campgrounds across the Region.
Pronger says a number of people are camping overnight in parking lots, like the one at Wal-Mart, instead of checking into a campground.
He says no overnight camping signs need to be posted in parking lots and notes enforcement should be stepped up.
