Canada Revenue Agency Scam Making Rounds

Another scam is floating around in the area.

A call into the CKDR Newsroom has reported that they received an email of an e-transfer from the Canada Revenue Agency.

The e-mail looks real but once the link is clicked, it will send you to a page where you will be asked for both your bank and credit card information.

The CRA does not ask for information this way and only gives money through direct deposit or by cheque.
