Cancer Screening Drop-In in Red Lake

The Red Lake Medical Clinic and Family Health Team want to make sure you are!
People can pop into the clinic from 9:30am-12 noon on Wednesday to receive breast screening, pap tests, and take-home colon cancer screening kits.
Receptionist Georgie Shuurman at the Family Health Center says men and women over 50-years-old should be screened for colon cancer, and women over 50-years-old should be screened for breast cancer every 1-2 years.
