The Canadian Cancer Society is in dire need of volunteers in the Dryden area.
The organization has launched a recruitment drive in order to boost numbers.
Volunteer Engagement Coordinator Chris Palmer notes all of us have a cancer story and that’s why he’s urging folks to lend a helping hand.
Palmer says they need some bodies to help in their upcoming Breast Cancer “Pink Ribbon” campaign.
Palmer stresses they want to have a presence in all northwestern Ontario communities they serve.
