The Dryden Regional Health Centre has $1.6 million worth of capital work officials want to see completed this year.
Assistant Executive Director Wade Petranik says a majority of the work is the construction of a new parking lot.
Other projects include improvements to the second floor, lighting upgrades as well as renovations to the Dingwall Clinic.
The Centre will take part in a Northern initiative aimed at making patient services more efficient through an electronic database.
