Catholic Board Faces Declining Enrolment

The Northwest District Catholic School Board has approved a 10-year
capital plan that will now be submitted to the Province.
Director of Education Mary-Catherine Kelly says they are experiencing
a declining enrolment.
Kelly adds major capital work and the need for portables will diminish
because of the drop in numbers.
