The Northwest Catholic District School Board is losing its top financial man.
Superintendent of Business Chris Howarth has accepted a similar job with the Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board.
Howarth says the Northwest Board has come a long way since he started in 1990.
He says the Board consisted of 2 schools and 700 kids when he started and now they are up to 6-schools with 1,400 hundred students.
Howarth notes he will miss Dryden and the area but notes he will be keeping his cabin and plans to summer here.
He stresses it’s an exciting new challenge as his new Board is three times larger and consists of both Elementary and Secondary schools.
