Catholic Church Disappointed with Poll Timing

A local religious leader is disappointed about the timing of the advance polls for the Federal election.
Catholic Bishop Fred Colli doesn’t believe the polls should be open during the Easter weekend.
He says having advance polls on Easter weekend mixes up holy days with election issues.
As a result, he has banned advance poll locations on all church property this weekend.
