Catholic School Board Elects New Director

The Northwest Catholic District School Board has appointed a new Director of Education.
Richard Boisvert will take over from Mary-Catherine Kelly effective September 1st.
Kelly says she has had the opportunity to meet Boisvert and he is highly skilled, a wonderful person and has tons of experience.
Boisvert comes from the Waterloo Catholic District School Board, where he worked for 28-years.
He has held the position of teacher, principal, Superintendent of Education, Acting Director of Education and most recently Director of Education.
While speaking with her current board trustees, Kelly says they were impressed with Boisvert’s plan to build on the board’s successes and move them forward.
Kelly has been the Director of Education with the Northwest Catholic District School Board or 8-years.
