The Northwest Catholic District School Board is asking the Province
to reconsider its funding model for transportation.
Trustees are looking at a nearly 6% reduction in funding
which could lead to cuts in other areas according to Director of Finance
Chris Howarth.

Howarth says they recognize the need for a new and fair formula however
he notes they are in a different situation then other Ontario boards.
