Cause Of Red Lake Power Outage Still Not Known

It could be a day of waiting in the Red Lake, Madsen and Balmertown area.
Some 2,100 Hydro One customers are still in the dark.
Spokesperson Nancy Shaddick says crews are patrolling a 60-kilometre line and haven’t been able to find the cause of the outage.
Shaddick notes once they find the problem, they have workers on site to make the necessary repairs.
Shaddick admits it’s not known when power will be restored.
The outage occurred around 4:30 yesterday afternoon.
