Celebrate Dryden Photo Contest In Full Swing

Dryden staff are now looking for your photos showing what Dryden has to offer.

The “Celebrate Dryden” Photo Contest is aimed at visually promoting the community in a bid to attract tourism and new business.

Strategic Initiatives and Communications Coordinator Stephanie Egelton says pictures will be accepted in a number of areas.

Egelton provides some examples including sporting events, First Nations events, cultural events as well as seasonal pictures.

All photos will be used on the new City of Dryden website that will launch on December 18th.

They will also be used on promotional material and showcased at City Hall.

Economic Development Manager Tyler Peacock adds the initiative is a chance to showcase local photographers and the amazing work they do.
