The Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union wants the Province to perform an audit of forest resources.
They say forestry-related jobs in Northern Ontario are in jeopardy because no one know’s what wood is available for harvesting.
The Union is calling on the Government to appoint a Commission to investigate, so fibre supply can be ensured for manufacturing facilities in the North.
