Officials at the Dryden Airport held a brief and low key ceremony to mark a gloomy anniversary today.
15-years-ago, the City became the centre of attention after an Air Ontario plane crashed shortly after taking off from Dryden, killing 24 people.
This afternoon, a wreath was placed at the head of a memorial erected near the crash site.
Ice on the wings was blamed for the incident.
