The Canadian Federation of Independent Business is looking forward to what the new Liberal government will have to offer.
Denis Robichaud says they’re pleased with the small business issues that were discussed during the campaign.
He says Justin Trudeau made several pledges to help their industry.
Those commitments include a reduction in small business rates from 11% to 9% by 2019.
Robichaud believes there is common ground with the incoming government and he looks forward in working with the Prime Minister-elect.
