Changes To Medical Clinic

Changes to the Dingwall Medical Clinic should make life easier for patients and staff according to Doctor Mark Whittaker.
Effective Monday, each Doctor will be spending half their in-clinic time with unscheduled appointments which they will be booking half a day ahead of time.
Whittaker says appointments are too be booked over the phone and he notes a new phone system is in place with 15 available lines open for patients.
Whittaker says they are always evaluating operations and seeking patient input.
