Charge Against Sioux Lookout Man Withdrawn

A charge of possession of child pornography against a Sioux Lookout man has been withdrawn at the request of the Crown.
Leonard Kelly was originally charged by OPP in October 2001 but according to what Crown Attorney Richard Cummie told Superior Court in Kenora, the validity of search warrants in the case caused the reversal.
Lawyer David Gibson says after he was prepared to mount a vigorous defense in the case but notes he won’t have to now.
