A Kenora-area man whose common law wife died under the wheels of a truck has pleaded guilty to dangerous driving.
Mark Guppy was handed a 3 month conditional sentence Tuesday.
He was also allowed to serve his time out of jail.
The judge said no court anywhere could find a punishment to equal the pain Guppy has lived with.
Sheila Joseph died last July after she fell underneath a truck Guppy was driving.
Guppy told the court that Joseph attempted to grab on to the side but slipped under the wheels.
