Charges Laid in Fatal Collision

OPP have charged a 27-year-old transport driver in relation to a
fatal 2-vehicle collision on Highway 17 in Upsala on Sunday.
Police say the westbound tractor-trailer crossed the centre line and
struck an eastbound truck, killing 58-year-old Juan Baztarrica of Upsala.
The passenger of the truck was treated and released from hospital.
OPP say Parminder Singh Barn of Brampton faces 1-count of careless
driving.
