Charges Laid in Homicide

Two teenage girls are facing second-degree murder charges in the death of a 16-year-old girl in Thunder Bay.
The 14 and 15-year-old’s remain in custody and are to appear in youth court on September 30th.
Police say the victim, who’s from Sachigo Lake First Nation and can’t be named because of her age, and the two suspects knew each other.
An autopsy is scheduled for today (Thursday) in Toronto to try and determine the cause of death.
