Charges Laid in Police Pursuit

OPP say a 14-year-old was behind the wheel of a stolen vehicle which crashed on Highway 17 near Marathon on Sunday afternoon.
The driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a rock cut after being pursued by Police.
The accused is in custody and faces charges of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing bodily harm and flight from police.
The 14-year-old and his 16-year-old passenger also faces charges of possession of property obtained by crime and failure to comply with a sentence.
The 16-year-old has been released from custody.
Both Thunder Bay boys were injured in the crash.
The Ontario Special Investigations Unit has launched a probe into the incident.
