Charges Read to Kenora Officer

A member of the Kenora Police will appear before a hearing under the Police Services Act in September.
Sergeant Tom Favreau faces 10-charges under the Act
for deceit, neglect of duty and acting in a manner to bring discredit to
Kenora Police.
He is one of two members of the City force involved in a murder
investigation 5-years ago.
The judge hearing the case accused the officers of misconduct in the
way the probe was handled.
