A Northern Ontario MP says a new report indicating an infrastructure
crisis is looming should come as no surprise to the Federal Government.
Charlie Angus of the NDP says Mayors across the Region have been
saying this all along and no one has been listening.
Angus says the Conservatives can fix the problem by changing its tax
cut scheme.
