There is no immediate ruling on a request by the Fort William First Nation for a court order stopping the province’s reviews of the Horizon Wind Big Thunder Wind Park.
Chief Georjann Morrisseau says after a day of testimony she will take time to process what has happened.
Morrisseau says she’s surprised by responses from the Crown, Horizon and Fort William.
She adds Fort William First Nation still stands firms and consistent of its original position on the matter and they want more consultation on the project.
There will be a formal statement later in the week.
The judge in the case will issue her ruling at a later date.
