Childrens Health Report

Improvement is needed to Child Health Programs and Services in Northern Ontario.
Dr. Susan Snelling has released a series of reports after surveying 3,500 parents.
Snelling says the show children aren’t properly protected in the sun and not eating healthy enough food.
She adds that only 1/3 of low-income families attended prenatal classes.
The reports will be sent to the Northwestern Health Unit with the hopes they will be used as a way to enhance current programs.
