Celebrating Canada’s 150th.
Friday is Christmas Parade day in two communities.
The parade in Red Lake starts at 6 o’clock.
Everything gets going in Dryden at the old Moose Hall at 6:30.
The parade will go down Duke Street, to Van Horne, over to Queen, to Earl before making its way to King and the front of the Arena.
As always CKDR will lead the way collecting new toys, non-perishable food items and cash for Christmas Cheer.
A reminder that Queen Street is a quiet zone and all horns and music must be turned off.
The City of Dryden reminds the public that parking isn’t allowed on the parade route from 5:30 until 8:30.
